Ewell Castle Middle School Grounds (Glyn House)

Saturday 17th July - 10.30am to 4.00pm

10.00am - Ewell St Mary’s Morris Men start the Fair with Massed Morris Dancing in Ewell High Street, outside The Famous Green Man

10.20am - Morris Men, Mayoral Party and The Surbiton Royal British Legion Youth Marching Band process through the Village to the Fair, pausing at The Watch House for the “Refreshing the Village Wastrel” contest

10.30am - GATES OPEN

10.30am - Beer Tent opens

10.30am - “Pandemonium” and the “Pantastic Players”

11.00am - The Mayor of Epsom and Ewell Opens the Village Fair

11.00am - Coffee, Tea & Biscuits etc in the Refreshments Area

11.15am - Morris Dancing Display in the Arena, followed by the Traditional “Grinning Thro’ the Horse Collar” Competition – Open to All!

11.30am - BBQ opens

12 noon - Lunches served until 1.30pm

12 noon - “Pandemonium” and the “Pantastic Players”

12.30pm - The Southern Golden Retriever Society Display Team Return!!

1.00pm - Performance of Traditional “Punch & Judy” – a firm favourite

1.30pm - The Surbiton Royal British Legion Youth Marching Band

2.00pm - Afternoon Tea & Cakes in the Refreshment Area (Fitznells Wind Band playing)

2.00pm - Blue Starz Cheerleaders

2.30pm - Second performance by the fabulous Southern Golden Retriever Society Display Team

3.00pm - Club Energize Tae Bo

3.30pm - GRAND DRAW

4.00pm - FAIR CLOSES

Enjoy good food from the BBQ (supplied by Ken Eve, Master Butcher)
