Parish Directory
St Mary’s parish directory is revised every few years. It is a printed directory of church members’ contact details, and of course inclusion is entirely voluntary. The idea is to help us easily to contact one another at St Mary’s, and I know many people find it useful. If you would like your details to be included, please fill in the form available here or in church, and return it by 11 November to parishoffice@stmarysewell.com or to the Parish Office. You need to fill in a new form even if you have been in the parish directory before. The new, printed parish directory will be on sale in church or from the parish office, available to church members only, from December.…

Complete revision of electoral (membership) roll

It’s also a measure of how many people support the local church. This year the electoral roll has to start again from scratch. This mean everyone has to fill in a new form, whether or not you have been on St Mary’s electoral roll before. Please consider joining…

Communications Consent form
Soon, St Mary’s won’t be able to contact you for many purposes unless you give us your explicit consent, under new data protection laws. Please download and return the completed form to the parish office. You can give exactly the consent you want on the form, depending on how and when you would like to be contacted by the clergy, churchwardens or church office.

Join St Mary’s Electoral Roll
Please consider joining our electoral roll (which is the nearest thing a C of E church has to a membership list). The roll allows you to attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting and vote in its proceedings (and extraordinary meetings). It is open to parishioners and regular worshippers over 16 who have been baptized and are happy to sign up to its provisions. Full details are on the form. In order to join in time for this year’s APCM on 29 April, forms must be returned to the Parish Office by 12 April.
